It’s probably your DPF Fuel Vapour valve 5th injector that’s blocked I had similar problem and I got a new one and a bottle of DPF cleaner and problem solved check out O’Rileys Autos he has a video up of Ford S-Max and what to do I followed everything he did and saved me big time well worth a look.

You need to reset the oil service inerval after changing the oil and filter.

it doesnt automatically do it.

on some fords pressing the brake pedal fully, then turning on the ignition brings up the reset proceedure on the dash.

Until that is done the car wont do a regen as it thinks its still the old oil.

Welcome!
As said, at 2011 oil warning is purely a timer:
Turn the ignition on (not engine)
Wait for the lights to settle.
Hold down the Brake and Accelerator to the floor for about 20 Seconds.
This should re-set indication unless 2013 is different of course!

Agree about likelihood of vaporiser being at fault (should not hold any pressure)
See Jimmy (as above) for multiple informative DPF  videos and avoid forced regens unless last resort (cleaner cans from e-Bay?):

DPF  is victim, not cause?
Forscan is your friend for pressure differential sensor etc readings!

Cheers for the help lads! I will be trying this out & will report back how I get on...this forum is a ***** life saver if it works!!

If it doesn't, come back with exactly what you have done and the pressure sensor readings at off, idle and 3000.

As per Jimmy once you're cleaning and pressures are good then reset the DPF parameters?

If it has a vaporiser and it's blocked or burnt out you will NEVER get a regen - test it, like wot Jimmy does!
And don't do forced regen if at all possible - mark my (and Jimmy's) words!

63 reg 2.2 manual...recon it has one orr??

Actually, being a one trick dinosaur with 2011 vehicle, I can't say. I believe that they did away with it at some stage and used post injection instead.
@Mike toto 's post shows the unit itself with the fuel pipe and glow plug connection.
Only way to maybe check would be to see if the part is compatible with your vehicle - but I can't guarantee that!
It can fail by being blocked, the glow plug or pump (unlikely but part of the system) can fail or the fuses for each blow.
Sorry, but if no one else can confirm, you'll need to look underneath, just behind the catalyst.
The picture shows the back of the engine with vaporiser removed and the boss that it screws into just above on the exhaust pipe the DPF is in the middle of the car after the flexible which is shown:

The crossmember needs to be removed to give access and Jimmy has loads of videos showing the process. (sorry, but he's the Guru IMHO!)
