I assume you're just having a dyslexic moment and you mean the APIM 🤔

You could try reloading the asbuilt and firmware (not Sync Software)

Get a decent lead (V-Linker or OBDLink-EX only!) and a PAID FORScan license, free license won't work

First, connect to the car and see if APIM shows up.

If it does, see if the asbuilt data is present, click "download factory AB", click load all, see if it comes back after a full reset using FORScan.

If not, Contact FORScan support and they'll help you (possibly) unbrick the MPIA🤪 (APIM)

You may need to connect and send logs or they'll send you a fake profile to connect to to re-install

If that doesn't work you need a new APIM

Do not try to contact FORScan support if you don't have a paid license, they'll ignore you.

Hi @DaveT70, are you saying you need a paid licence to install any asbuilt file? I was hoping to get a free temporary licence to install one on my son's S-Max to try and sort that long-standing audio system problem.

No, for firmware download and reload.

The asbuilt download may fix it, but if you need to reload firmware you need a paid license, yes
