How do I change the oil in the steering rack?

The power steering fluid needs replacing as it is quite brown in colour and has probably not been changed since the car was first registered. The oil level is also low, so it would be better not to top it up with new oil while there is so much old oil in the system.

What is the easiest way to do this?

I need to pump the old oil out of the reservoir and completely remove it from the system in order to replace it with new oil.

Can anyone tell me the easiest way to do this? Or can anyone recommend where I can find more useful information besides these websites?
