S-Max radio and rear camera problems

Afternoon,

First time poster and hoping you're a friendly bunch :) I'm hoping you can help with a radio problem that has developed on my 14 plate 2.2l diesel S-Max please.

To start with, the rear camera stopped working along with the DAB reception being intermittent. Disconnecting the battery got it all working again for a few days, but then camera and DAB stopped working again. DAB search wouldn't find any stations, but the FM radio worked fine. Then the touchscreen on the unit stopped working completely, although I could change FM stations via the steering wheel controls. I thought that disconnecting the battery again could kick it all back into life, but that just made it worse as the touchscreen still didn't work and now I'm unable to enter the radio code, doh!

Looks like it's a HS MCA2 unit. I've had the fascia around the unit off and checked the cables are all plugged in but I'm stumped from there. I've run Forscan and seen some errors on the CMR and ACM which I think are relevant. I've attached some pics of model numbers, Forscan codes etc, and a pic of the front of the unit (not actually my car but looks just like it from what I recall).

Any help would be appreciated please :)
