Sync 4 flickering screen

Hi folks,

I have a 2022 Ford Focus with the Sync 4 touchscreen (see attachment). Recently, the main screen has been flickering, much more noticeable when driving, so I suspect it's due to a loose wire/connection.

I've tried the module reset (hold those two buttons and it reboots), but this doesn't fix it. I've also disconnected all of the bluetooth devices just in-case it was a Car play issue.

Can anyone help guide me to where the connectors are for this screen and how to get to them?

    Hi,

    On pre-facelift with the smaller screen there was a thin piece of plastic trim behind the screen. That just pops out then the screws and connectors could be accessed underneath.

    I haven't seen a facelift screen removed yet but would expect it to be fitted in the same way.
