2016 2.0 BiTurbo oil leak

Featured Replies

Hi all

My 2016 2 litre diesel biturbo seems to have an engine oil leak coming form the back of the engine around the turbo area. Before I start stripping to investigate is there anything common I should order?

cheers

Welcome!
BI turbo (TWO turbos or what - engine type and perhaps a photo)?
Before doing anything, I will only suggest cleaning it down and really finding the source of the leak?
Sometimes the fuel pump where it joins the cylinder head can leak?
Of course, there may be an expert on here that can point straight to your problem so wait a bit?

2016 2.0 BiTurbo, two turbos - 1 high pressure 1 low pressure. I have had a quick glance and all I can see was around the turbo area, mainly gearbox side. Think I’ll only be able to tell by stripping it but I’d rather have some parts to fit if there’s anything common
