2019 transit - slow start issues

Any ideas? 2019 ecoblue. Had starting issues. Sometimes it'll start first time. Other times it is a really sluggish start. Once started, it starts and drives fine unless left for a few hours. It has had a new fuel filter. Had a new vacuum pump & fuel pipes recently for other issues. Injector leak off test was fine. Live data read carried out on high pressure side and that was OK. Apart from occasional starting issues, the van drives lovely. No other symptoms whatsoever. Technicians are a bit stuck. Only fault code is p2291 atm.

It signifies that the engine's diesel fuel injection system is not achieving necessary pressure to start, frequently caused by a clogged fuel filter, failing high-pressure fuel pump, faulty sensor, or air in the fuel system.

    Or junk fuel?

    Or a poor quality or too low output battery??

    How many miles has it done? How is it driven? Is the wet belt good?
