has anyone had issues with downloading the map update off ford website ?

when i’m downloading the file from pc to usb drive it gets to 15%. then comes up error?

    Pretty well everybody, it seems. I suggest that you look at Cyanlabs who have some more reliable methods than Ford themselves. You will find their website to be comprehensive and accurate as long as you follow their instructions EXACTLY.
