Yes, based on my reading of relevant posts, you need it doing on or before whatever the mileage stated is, especially if there's not a full service history with the certainty of correct specification of oil or strange operating conditions.
Maybe someone on here can suggest a specialist close to you but whatever, sit down before you get the price!
Hopefully someone else can come along but you may need to give a bit more detail if I'm not answering correctly.

@Jane Burchett , before doing anything, I suggest you post more history, details etc so that someone with actual knowledge of that specific vehicle may be able to add something more positive?
If it's recently purchased then the dealer may bear some responsibility, or not?
