Fiesta Mk6 Zetec S Door Mirrors?

Hey guys. I have a panther black Mk6 2008 Zetec S fiesta with the optional electric pack. My door mirrorsfold back on themselves with the flick of a button inside the car. One mirror has stopped working and want to replace the whole unit. The stealers want to chat £157 but my question is can i buy a used one in a different colour and just pop off the black painted cover on mine and swap it? Ive heard from ford they pop off. Is this true and how to i go about doing it? Thanks in advance

    They do indeed just pop off. They woldnt manufacture them in all different colours. Just make sure you get powerfold ones and not just electric. As ford make both

    Hi dude will the standard ZS ones just pop off as it is just plastic? or do i need to swap them for ST mirrors?
