A Little Advice Please

Featured Replies

Totally feel for you and the wife, the system is pants.

I have read if you have been in an accident even though it was not your fault the insurers reckon your more likely to be in another one within three years, they reckon data backs up their logic. It does not mean they expect everybody who was in an accident, will be in another within three years. It just means the data indicates the grouping of drivers who have not, are less likely to be in one in the next three years, than some of those in the grouping who have.....I hope peeps can understand how I've presented the insurers logic. But no matter, in the end fair or not they are the guys that set the rates.

Best of luck

well thats me screwed then  i do hope tho i go out with a bang mind none of this shunted in the rear polarva. but i do feel for you...after my accident i pay £1800 a year for my foci.

Good info catch, but I feel sorry for the unlucky sole who may well fall into that "had one accident and probably will within three years". I am pretty sure there will be someone out there...

Come to think of it the guy who's car I wrote off, lost his mothers car about 18 months ago, apparently under the same circumstances...

Good Luck DSL!
