New Keys Cut

Featured Replies

Hi

I want to get a key cut for my focus. I only want to open the door with it. I sometimes do some watersports and I have to protect the focus keys very well for it not to get wet. By keeping the fob keys in the glovebox or elsewhere safe, and I can keep the other key with me just in my swimming shorts. Even if it gets wet, it is ok.

What do you think? Where can i get keys cut? How much is it?

Thanx

I went to my local Timson's and they cut a key for my wifes SportKA and programmed it for £80. So it starts the car as well.

You can buy a blank off of ebay for a fiver and get that cut for about another fiver. Alternatively see what your local locsmith can do it for.

Very good idea that keysafe!
