Centre Console Blanking Plates...removal?

Featured Replies

I have 2 blanking plates (1 either side of the rear & front demisters) on the centre console, I am wanting to remove one of them, is it just a case of putting a flat edge down side of the plate and prising out?

Has anyone removed one before?

Thanks

Michael

yes they just prise out, this is what they look, like this one is from my car, there should be plugs behind thempost-2425-0-94488000-1308594078_thumb.jppost-2425-0-25465000-1308594110_thumb.jp

Yes easy to remove , flat head screw driver to edge them out , left handed wires are for Airbag light, right hand wires are for either CC roof control or like i tried ESP switch , either way the wires are not active apart fromside light illumination , seems they have to be activated in the ECU to work.

A quick guide i did
