How To Change Focus High-Mount Brake Lamp Bulb

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have a Ford Focus 2001 Hatchback. I have tried to change yesterday all my brack light bulbs. The two on the side were very easy, but I didn't manage to replace the High-mount brake light. I have unscrewed the two screws. I can pull out the lamp assembly, but it only comes out a half inch. What do I need to do to be able to pull out the whole fiitng to change the bulb?

Thanks

remove the rear washer hose thats attatched to the back that will let you pull it out enogh to get to the electrical connector i may be wrong but im sure there is no bulb in there to change its usually a new lens unit
