Mk2 Rs Cosmetic Conversion?

Featured Replies

*edit* My apologies, I should be referring to the Mk2.5, I think!

OK, so the RS is not available here, but I am considering getting a 2.0 TDCi, essentially the top of the line available here... But I really really really love the looks of the RS and thus would consider getting the required body parts sent over from the UK. From analysis of pictures, it would seem the arches are wider, noticeably at the front (where it's easy enough to swap the quarterpanels), but is it much wider in the rear?

Has anybody actually does this conversion and/or know reliable sources for the body parts?

Yea I Have seen a few around that have done the full conversion, there was a loverly one on eBay a little while ago.

Don't come cheap though wouldn't of thought.
