Mk6.5 Zetec S 1.6 Tdci

Featured Replies

Im looking at cutting costs and downgrading my current car to a Zetec S 1.6 TDCi. I am looking at the facelift mk6 so from 2006-2008 range. I have seen a lot that are out of my price range however a few have caught my eye within budget however they have a fair amount of mileage.

One is an 08 plate on 71k and the other is an 07 plate on 81k

Should i be wary about these cars on high mileage? General rule would not to be as diesel are known for being strong at high miles still but having never owned a diesel before i am just wondering if its worth the drive to see them.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

Dave
