Tato
Is this how it's supposed to be or is it some other Ford masterpiece? Been wondering about this matter from day one, but never got a chance to ask you guys. Uploaded with ImageShack.us

Smett72
Just had a look at mine and it's slightly out of alignment as well, but it's exactly the same on both sides. Makes me wonder whether they're all like this.
MartynS
Just checked mine too and it's the same.
coysht
Mines pretty similar. Its quite likely that it was designed to be like that, rather than just poor parts or fitting. The boring explanation: No two parts are identical and each component will fall within a set of tolerance limits. In theory you could get a bumper which is max tolerance 1 way and a skirt which is max tol the other. To make sure that the skirt never overhangs the wheel arch (the opposite of what you have) they have to design it to leave a nominal gap. Motocrossmad
mine has a gap on each side aswell, doesnt bother me. same sized gap on each side. if there was a difference i would complain.

Tato
Well, don't really know what to say, I will also ask them tomorrow and see what kind of answer they give me. The good thing is that it is the same in both sides :) But apparently I am not the only one with this "issue"...
