We have replaced the rear shoes, tried the handbrake and it goes straight to the top.

How do you reset the automatic adjuster?

Even better, a tutorial, pictures etc? Any help greatly appreciated.

    Have you tried pumping your foot brake and holding it down and then continually operating the hand brake? should adjust then.
