Ford Fusion 1.4 Tdci Duratorq

i ve got a fusion tdci,just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced my problem

first when i try to start engine,it turns over twice then dies,its not cold related cause it does it in winter and summer.it will start sometimes on the second attemp sometimes on 6th try.any ideas??

on another point,my poor car never had any power but recently it has become even slower.any ideas please.
