I should be able to pick her up on Monday or Tuesday. Yay!!!!

The last time I got a brand new car from Ford it was held on the lot because there was a petrol crisis. Funny that eh?

So today I went own to the dealership to visit err I mean to get a valuation on my old car :D

I got to see my car and even drive it a little :D I get to pick it up on Monday. I took a couple of pictures but can't seem to post them?

Easiest way to post pics is to use a service called Photobucket.

Register there and upload your photos.

To post them here you just copy the link to the pictures and paste them to a message.

The links will start and end with "img".

Post the link in it's entirety and the picture will show on the message, if you remove "img" from the start and finish of the link then only the web link will be posted.

I had a good look round the car yesterday and the brochure did not do this car justice. Close up the details are really stunning. Like the dash in the brochure looked rather plastic but close up it almost feels like fabric. It has a pattern detail on it which looks really expensive. The whole car screams class.

The details are different to the zetec s in the showroom so maybe thy have spruced it up? It may just show up better on the blue interior.

Is it weird I got the dealer a gift to say thank you ;) just some chocolates. He's been really helpfull with it being a Motability car. I had a billion questions and things to test so I knew it was suitable and he has put up with me since feb. so he has earned it :)

I never really liked the "Baby Blue" color but i have to say that looks really nice for a Zetec S and the spoiler kit. The radio is different i've noticed. Is this Ford's version of DAB?

They usually do. I sprang the visits on them so the car still had all the stickers and plastics on and it needed a really good clean ;) I saw the sticker and asked if I could keep it.

The dealer has been great yesterday he gave me a free warning triangle when I mentioned buying one.

Not sure if the stereo is different? I will take some proper close ups and let you know.

25 hours to go I get it at 11 tomorrow.

When my legs start working I'm going to go and empty my old car so everything is ready.
