But does anyone know what the button on the drivers door release is for? The one with the picture of the car with a wifi logo in it?

    Welcome to the forum,

    the button you are refering to is for,

    if you lock the car and you have say a dog left in the car or someone waiting in the car,

    press that button before you lock the car and it deactivates the alarm sensor's inside the car.
