Also you were saying the window was smashed so chances are the police didn't spot it? I would've thought you would've been slapped on the wrists straight away because they would've said you can't see through them etc and been prosecuted. I reckon you got extremely lucky to get away with it. All my mates who have front tints are forever being pulled and made to take them off

Window smashed yes but film held it together and they never said anything ? Insurance paid for re tint too ! They are not as dark as they look to be honest and as i always say I spend alot of money on my cars so Aslong as they are not stupid mods or dangerous I can't see the fuss ?
