lol, I bet the hire agreements now state, that the car can be used for business purposes, however insurance is only offered to officers whose badge numbers are not 871, called Clive, or both...

    Maybe that's why they put him up on a hoss, out of the way.

    Look on YouTube for Malinois or Belgian Shepherd and look at some of the videos of them at work, then tell me if they're not better Police dogs than the GSD.
