I'll get a pic of mine today anyway to see if I can improve it ;)

My mileage when I started the car up this morning:

dsc0001yy.jpg

Mileage after heading to work including traveling 3-4 miles of 30mph roads, ~3 miles of 40mph road with many roundabouts through East Kilbride (aka Polo-Mint City), then ~4miles of 70mph expressway:

around 55-60mpg is what I usually get if I just cruise along to & from work utilizing cruise-control when I can ^_^

I have a 2011 zetec s 1.6tdci and this is the best I can manage this I at 60mph with the cruise control on a lot of the time but if I do 70mph on the motorway it drops to about 49mpg whether I use cruise control or not

What fez + engine have you got as our mpgs are very similar but I have to drive like a granny to get to 54mpg which doesn't happen often

How do you get temp, mpg and mileage to all show at once? I like :P

Fixed the quote

Oh meant to say mine is a 1.4 TDCi ^_^

Mine's at 57 today because I've had some 'spirited' driving :( Usually around the 60mpg mark - and the computer always underestimates me by 2/3mpg so I usually get 63ish when working it out myself.

The lowest I get if I drive 'spiritedly' for the whole tank is 55mpg.

That's the old 3 line display (I think pre 2010)

Finally the older models have a better digital display than the later models ^_^

I think it looks a bit cramped...part of the mileage number is cut off at the bottom...

Still prefer the new style haha

One thing's for sure - I don't miss the fuel economy in my 1.6 petrol, Mark's figure was about all I ever saw.

Now I can pull easily away from just about any Fiesta and still get 70mpg with the aircon running.

Remap soon - should see even more.

That's just my odd angle of photographing...

Here's mine:

I hardly do motorway driving, this is pretty much 12 miles each way to work with city driving:

My final mileage after coming home from work using the same Polo-mint route:

dsc00011fx.jpg

And this was with a/c on due to it being 20+ degrees today

Mines relativly constant at 63.x, usually 63.6, currently 63.7, sometime 63.2, in a 1.6 diesel Econetic. That said it's not been reset since April so doesn't fluctuate too much. Average drive a day is 10 miles to work, 10 miles home, all around 55 bar some trafficy bits at juntions, average speed is 29 according to the computer too.

Current got the Esso V power diesel in for a tank to see if it changes much over Tesco or Sainsburys diesel, and it has gone up .1 but I had a day this week with a 50 mile trip with seven 30kg servers in the back so thats not done them mpg any favours. I know it's not much but given I don't reset it often it probably is a bit of an improvement using the 10p more a liter fuel but not a lot to justify keeping using it all the time.

Nathans fault, Cruise control means I drive around with the CC on at 55mph in an old !Removed! style to get better MPG... :)
