It has just had its 24000mile service and all the garage said was this is complicated to sort out is it really that hard to do? they say it is also going against the warranty! Christ sake i only changed the bulbs to led's why do the lights go out when trailer is plugged in?

I need help if possible as this is my work vehicle and i tow everyday so i really do need this sorted as i dont want to change them back cos they look cool ;) and i aint sure if it is illegal when i am towing as all trailer lights work

I've heard some new wiring systems don't like leds, is this a problem that arose after towbar was fitted? try putting standard bulbs back in, if it still does it go back to the towbar fitter, apologies if you have already tried this.
