Upgraded My Mk7 Speakers But They Don't Sounds Right!

Hi everyone!

So yesterday I fitted some new front speakers including tweeters in my mk7 as 1 of them blew. it was a strait forward swap and they sound great, much better then standard.

Any way when they engine is running it all changes, the bass sounds different and is not as punchy and more annoying the left hand side takes all the power making the right side almost silent.

when you turn the engine off it all goes back to normal and sounds fine again.

Any reason why this would happen? Have i done something wrong?
