Hi i got a 1999 T reg fiesta of ebay and was told that the cigarette lighter socket was acting up i tried a sat nav in the other day which i borrowed but it wouldn't charge it any ideas what it could be if you think it could be the fuse what fuse is it

    I think you will find it's fuse 29 (15 amp) in the dashboard fusebox.

    cigarette lighter sockets are notoriously easy to blow the fuse so i would certainly check it, cant help with which one it is on your car though - im sure someone will be able to help though. looks like Stormin beat me to it

    is the inside of the socket clean?
