2009 Fiesta Zetec Cooling Fan Constantly Running And Clutch Fault?

I have a 2009 fiesta 1.25 zetec and when the a/c is on the cooling fan runs constantly which isn't something i've noticed on any other car also the clutch biting point is very high and when the weather is cold it judders when pulling away, the car has only done 22000 miles but is an ex mobility car, i've checked the fluid level and its fine. any help on either would be really appreciated.

    The Fan will come on with Aircon this is standard and nothing to worry about

    Don't buy an ex-motability car! Some are very badly treated you may find who ever previously drove the vehicle has been riding the clutch.
