Hi,

I'm planning on buying a cargo van and I was wondering If it is required to have commercial insurance on one of those. I will most likely be using once or twice a week for different tasks (moving furniture, loading different types of stuff, etc.).

if you'll use it for Hire and/or reward, you'll need a policy covering that (most high street insurance companies won't offer this type of cover . but if you try here http://www.biba.org.uk or give them a ring and they'll find a broker local to you who'll be able to give you a quote
