I'm presently grinding/ polishing the upper inlet manifold to get rid of the disgusting cast finish on my 02 2.5 estate.

Now my question, there are 2 black connectors on the top, one is a blank, the other looks like air assistence for the servo, mine are broken on the spare inlet I'm working on. I obviously have good ones on the OE on the car, how do you get these out/off without breaking them?

Can't seem to post pics on the mobile app at the moment
