My dealer told me they put a rubber strip in front of the bonnet that will keep the engine clean and that the mechanic hated the cover.

Nope don't have one but am looking for one. European parts have it but they aren't very customer friendly so will absolutely not buy from them. And it was too much anyways

Why aren't they 'customer friendly'?

I've ordered a couple of things from them without any trouble at all.

Just for your info the part is for the Focus ecoboost so don't be surprised when they tell you that ;)

The Fiesta doesn't have an engine cover part Number :)

Nick. Chris is right, there is also a mounting kit which comprises of 2 extention bolts. Didn't get the part numbers but they are about £2.50 each.

I was looking at my engine (yeah just starring at it lol) and I saw behind the injectors a hole for a bolt. But no bolt in it. Could this be what it's for?

I'll have a look at mine tomorrow and try and get some pictures up of the cover / bolts / fixings etc.

From what I can see the cover is held in place at the back at 2 points and by the oil filler cap.
