Now then, my name's Dave (as you can gather from my rather unwitty username) and I have a 2010 Fiesta Zetec S that I bought last June after trading in my old Fiat Punto which was essentially falling to bits (salesman looked impressed when he drove it away). Anyway thought I'd join the forum as you all seem like a knowledgable and friendly bunch (I hope) and I've picked up one or two tips from here previously (particularly on detailing) and thought I might aswell pull up a chair and join in!

That's me anyway I'll be lurking about somewhere!

Very Nice car mate ! love the colour. im a newbie here as well, bought my focus titanium a few weeks back and i love it. A mate of mine has a fiesta zetec S but in white, much prefer the blue though.

Cheers! I quite like the focus titanium already decided that's my next car once I've had my fun out of this! Yeah I have to admit I was torn between this colour and the white but heard too much about how hard it can be keeping white clean so thought blue was a safer bet!

Welcome to the family Dave.... Any regrets buying the fiesta over the focus?

Thanks, nah not at all at the time it was between the fiesta and the new focus quite liked both but the fiesta was cheaper and must admit I preferred it slightly more and it only just fits through the gap at home to park it with a couple of inches either side but its a fantastic car no regrets going with it though I think it might be a focus in 3/4 years time we'll see!

in that case, its definitely the perfect car for you. i certainly wouldnt have any regrets buying the fiesta, the zetec S especially is a fantastic car both to look at and drive. in my opinion any ford from the last 10 years you buy you wont be dissapointed. and more my opinion all the new model fords are amazing, even such ones that i wouldnt need to buy such as the C-Max. the only one i dont particularly like is the current mondeo, however the new mondeo if its going to look anything like the pics ive seen looks awesome.

I have to agree with you there! all the latests fords especially in my opinion look great. This is my first Ford (I've only had 1 other car anyway) and I think I'm genuinely sold on them great cars to drive and always quite well kitted out aswell.
