Since last 2 weeks this rattling noise comes only when I go above 60 mph - comes from passengers side under the dash.

Went to garage - found nothing wrong.

What could it be???

Can gearbox make this noise???

    Passenger side under dash, I would suggest its possibly a loom or something behind the glovebox is rattling on vibration.

    Take everything out of the cabin, door pockets, glove box and then try and replicate. If the noise is still there, take the glovebox out and see if you can find any loose looms that could be shaking.
