Fiesta Mk6 Lexus Rear Lights - Harness

Featured Replies

Hello,

Does anyone know where you could get a wiring/bulb harness for the MK6 (facelift) rear Lexus lights?

Cheers

Youd need to wire them up seperately or with different plugs altogether there is no adaptor. Be aware that if it is indead the facelift lights that you've got you will lose a reverse light one side and a fog light the other. This is why its different connectors because the face lift lights have two extra bulbs

Although if your fiesta is an 03 is that not prefacelift?

Thanks for the replies Dan. It's actually for a friend's Fiesta, an '06 facelift.

Sorry I'll really need this explained again to me just so I fully understand. At the moment all we have is the original facelift lights with wires, plus the Lexus lights alone with no accompanying wires/plugs.

Basically if your friend fits the Lexus lights which are designed for the prefacelift model you will lose a fog light one side and a reverse light the other. On the prefacelift lights there is a reverse light one side and a fog light the other but on the facelift lights you have 2 reverse lights and 2 fog lights-one of each either side. If you look at the guide in my signature for the facelift-prefacelift brake light conversion it might give you a better idea of what im trying to get across lol

I see what you mean but I don't think I have phrased my question well enough basically haha, bear with me!

The Lexus lights are facelift ones I believe because both the bottom light bits are white like this

The problem is he says that with his existing wiring they can't be fitted. So I assume there is a Lexus loom of some sort which he needs but I don't know where to get one...

Those lights are for the prefacelift model I had them myself lol :) see to be honest ive had 3 different sets of brake lights on mine and the facelift lights look by far the best. I had the Lexus lights on for about 3 months before deciding to upgrade to the facelift brake lights and the car just looks so much better

If you look at those lights youve got 2 reflectors at the top, then your tail/brake lights, then I think it'll be the indicators, then one side will have a fog light and the other side will be a reverse light. There would be an extra 2 lights if it was the facelift lights

Yep true, well that is a pain in the !Removed! basically lol. Thanks for the help though Dan.

P.S. Going to be doing the prefacelift>facelight conversion soon :D

Feel free to give me a shout if you have any questions about it and please rate my guide once you've done it if it was helpful to you. I couldnt find a guide anywhere online when I went to do it so thought id knock one up lol
