Strange Belt Noise

Hello,

I have a strange aux belt noise and I dont know what it is. The belt isnt slipping at all because its not that sort of noise but the power steering does feel heavy(er). When higher load is put on the belt such as the quickclear windscreen or a/c the noise gets worse. I dont know if its the tensioner because the belt isnt slipping?

Is there any fix to this? Car's at 77,000miles

    try some silicone spray on the belt while the car is running does the noise stop for a few seconds?
