Featured Replies

Right.....1st post so go easy please.

Recently replaced one of the air con pipes on my focus and need it re-gassing. My friend who fits commercial air con systems says he can re-gas it for me. I no he's re-gassed cars before so have full confidence in his ability but he has asked me to find the tech data for the job, ie pressure etc....can anyone point me in the right direction???

Your car will have a yellow sticker to tell him how much gas will go into your car

open the bonnet its as said a big yellow sticker on the slam panel

yep just tell him to use his scales and weigh it in its around 750g of r134a iirc

Well it's not going to be R12 gas lol

Well it's not going to be R12 gas lol

if he doesnt know to look for the label he could be putting 404 in there if he works on commercial stuff
