Starting Issues

Hi

I have 06 2.0 tdci 115 every time I start the car the battery light and engine management light are on and I have no acc pedal at all if I put it under load it sometimes gives me the pedal and both lights go out and its fine till I switch it off and need to start it again am back to beginning I have noticed if while its running and you spray easy start in the air intake it gives me the pedal instantly with just a small spray. I was hoping someone has come across this or has the know how to advise what it is once running it will get you to everywhere till you switch it off then its Groundhog Day.

Thanks

if batt and engine management light are both on i would say alternator at fault not enough charge returning any whinig or noise? as for the pedal you might have a slight air leaking in the fuel system some where or clogged filter? i could be wrong though
