Had the ZS nearly 6 months now and only just had a proper look at the exhaust. It points down a bit and towards the drivers side. Is there any sort of add on that would bolt onto the existing pipe and duly protrude from the rear so that the exhaust is visible?

I know such things exist but the angle of the pipe looks a little awkward and something suitable seems unlikely. Any thoughts guys?

Its got to be do-able - it may need a bit of "fettling" to achieve a good fit/ appearance

It has been done but I can't think of the person who has done it and he just went to halfords and bought a tailpipe from them and outfit straight on

yeah i was wondering if their was anyway in making the exhaust visible, currently on my mk6 fiesta its on the right side but pointing slightly downwards? is there some kind of extension like a muffler to stick on to make it visible? or would i have to change the whole back box?

He only had to cut the downward bent out of it, an inch or so.

You'd just have to do the same abdul_786, cut the downward point out to straighten up and stick an exhaust tip on to make it visible. No need to change the complete back box.

So boys and girls, did you ever get round to modding your exhausts? And if so post up some piccys.

Still not got round to doing it yet as I'm gonna get the st diffuser, but looked and confirmed it is possible with the standard diffuser, there is a cutout on the right compared to the left, just not visible unless you look for it underneath on the zs
