Why does my car make noises about 15-30 minutes after I've switched the engine off?

    What kind of noises? Mine makes like a creaking sound. I think it's the ac unit.

    X 2....although it can go on for a while as well.

    Hi, Mine does exactly the same after about 10 mins. The noises are coming from the climate control unit (even when you are not using it). The unit resets itself. When you turn the ignition back on you can hear the unit moving the flaps etc to the settings you have previously used.

    Quite normal so i have been told.
