Hi does anyone know if fiesta mk7 seats will bolt in and plug straight into a mk6 fiesta without and modifying?

I didn't really think so either, just thought I'd ask as I have the chance of a full set of mk7 leather seats for £150

You might be able too swap over the seat runners... And if you need too, drill new holes for the bolts etc

I would be willing to do it if its not too much hassle... What about the electrics for the front seats(for the airbag and seatbelt tensioners etc) will that be another hurdle?

Here's the measurements from the centre to the centre of my seat screws of the drivers seat.....

From left to right front: 350mm

From left to right rear: 495mm

From left front to left rear: 430mm

From right front to right rear: 370mm

If someone with a mk7 could measure the distance between the seat screws in a mk7 and compare with mine, then I would be eternally grateful:-)

Hmm thats the only thing thats a problem... Is with the pre tensioners and the airbags... Would need too be the same system I would imagine

That's what I though as well :-( I reckon they will more than likely be different, I reckon I can just forget the mk7 seats (bummer cos they were minted and cheap) ill just keep my eye open for mk6's

You should buy the seats any way and double your money on eBay.

Now that is an awesome idea... doh why didn't I think of that lol

Double my money then buy my mk6 ST or ZS :-D
