I have just bought a 1999 Focus Giah, the ABS & Traction control lights remain ON at all times anyone any idea's please?

    There may be a fault like a loose connection or a faulty sensor - the wires can snap near the hubs - worth checking

    if the light stays on its an MOT failure now

    Sounds like it could be a duff sensor.

    Have you read any error codes? that will tell you which wheel is affected, it could be the short loom, or the ABS sensor thats affected?
