Clunking/vibration

Hi

I am getting a clunking/vibration when starting my Focus. I have changed the engine mounts and have checked to see that nothing is touching the body work. It also does it slightly at 1000rpm other than that it runs smoothly. Any ideas?

    I also get a slight clunk/thud when i start my car up! It only happens if i start the car with the air con once it happens it wont happen again until a cold start!
