Reverse Light Bulb

Featured Replies

On Saturday I picked up my new 2006 1.8tdci focus and couldn't be more happy with it considering my last car was a profit 206.

Anyway, my reverse light bulb has gone bust, something the dealer missed. I can't find the right part number, any one know?

P21W, also called a 382 or BA15s.

Hi Stoney

Cheers for your reply.

I went to Halfords and picked 2 x 382 bulbs, fitted one and it didn't work. Fitted the second and still nothing. The original bulb didn't appear like it was a duff, so i proceeded to changing to fuse.

Alas, the reverse light still wouldn't turn on!

I am wondering now whether there are any known faults on the light unit itself?
