hi there, it will fit yes. BUT its not a proper rear valance ..

The one you have found just sort of fits under...

The genuine rear valance also has the skirt attached..can you see what i mean in the picture below?

so the one you have found will sit and look like this

That's sounds good , but you will have to do the skirt part of it the same colour as the car right ? Not the whole thing carbon fibre?

Just the the bottom splitter not the skirt. Skirt will he colour coded. Or I might just do the bottom splitter gloss black along with tgr front fogs and any plastics

that sellers doesnt have much good feedback so be wary of their quality of the fibreglass products
