Isit worth having a non dpf down pipe fitted onto my zetec s

Only if you want more power or the DPF is causing you problems. You'd also need to get the DPF remapped out.

How much would that cost roughly mate, do you have the tdci version aswell

Not sure tbh is £300-400 alone.

I did have the TDCi before I sold it.

I have the TDCi version mate and depending if your model is the 90bhp or the 95bhp there is a few changing facors. Don't quote me on this but i'm sure the 90bhp models (earlier 08-10) don't have a DPF. The DPF is only in the later (60-2013) 95bhp model. If you have the latter, like me, it will cost around £400 for the remap and around £500 for a powerflow turbo-back exhaust, presuming your getting the dpf removed for power, i paid £324 for a catback 2" to backbox. If you were getting it done for power, it would also be efficient to get it remapped properly at the same time.
