hi all, i have a focus that should be fitted with a 6000 cd head unit as standard, i replaced this with a single din jvc unit. this has now died. so im putting the standard one back in but i have lost the code.

i am driving to heathrow airport in the very small hours of the morning and need some entertainment to keep me from crashing. please could some one help me with a code please

Unfortunately the forum no longer partake in distributing codes. You would need to look on ebay to purchase a radio code from them. To do this, you will need to have your serial number from the stereo itself.

thats a pain, but i can see why you have stopped this.

Amongst other things it was safety for the general public. The last thing we wanted was to supply radio codes to well rehearsed thieves and diddle anyone (let alone a victim on our own forum) by offering them the key to it.

ebay do have a few good offers, so you should be able to get a code from there and for a relatively good price, and no where near Ford's own price.
