There isn't any cage, the radios lock into notches inside the dash via a mechanism built into the faceplate.

You can put a facelift radio into a non facelift Focus but you need adaptors that have the holes whereby you utilise the screw in frame but this also requires a facelift fascia.

You could fit a facelift radio into your Fiesta utilising the adaptors but what about a fascia?

The oval type needed unfortunately doesn't exist for your car.

The type of radio you need to fit properly would be as per my posted pictures.
