car developed misfire found Water around spark plugs,drained. Changed sparrk plugs leads,coil pack,oil oil filted. Treated petrol with fluid to clean jets. Still misfiring. Do you think MAF or lambra sensors. Anybody?

U replace spark plugs also the wiring could be at fault or internal fault in PCM if u replaced everything else also is any lights on the dash or faults could be a mechanic issue or fuel injector also

Do u have exact fault code here is ur options seen as u replaced complete ignition system except wiring from PCM to coil pack so it's possible injector recommend swap injector 3 with 2 an read faults see is it still cylinder 3 if this not problem next step would be compression test den do wiring last PCM has sheer bolts can be a nightmare to remove them 2 tests be easier to try first

Replace the washer hoses for the windscreen washer. They will leak often letting water into the spark plug well. This should fix any issues.

looks like core plugs rotted. Changing will let community know.
