Featured Replies

hope some one can help .. my wifes focus 1.6 tdci 2008 seems to be misfiring it judders when reving the engine.. no fault codes, new air filter new fuel filter and oil and oil filter changed.... oh and new turbo plus all the other bits to go with it.. drives fine but just sounds like its a 3 cylinder engine... unplugged each injector in turn and you can here the engine drop slightly .. p.s no smoke what so ever out off the excuast

U wanna be checking injectors leak off test an maybe a compression test why u get new turbo has this only happened since new turbo installed

The turbo was replaced because the shaft had snapped and yes the misfiring was there before the turbo blew... but I know ut sounds daft but I'm pretty sure it wasn't there before the clutch was replaced
