Injector Torque Settings For C-Max 1.6 Tdci 2004... Help

Featured Replies

ok when it comes to the torque wrench im a bit thick can anyone help me I am changed the injector seals as its puffing pulled it all apart read the workshop manual and it say stage 1--- 4nm it then says stage 2 which is wat I don't get it says angle- tighten a further 45 degrees .. I know im thick but how do I do stage 2?

basically, once you have the torque click over then you just need to move the torque wrentch a further 45 degrees round to nip it.

lol think I was over thinking cheers for that'

lol, no worries Graham :)

Thats certainly how I would do it. The Torque is the minimum but the 45 degree twist is just the nipping up!
